Put some baby bonjela on it ( check the guidelines) kinda looks like a tooth popping through.. But could be a wee ulcer or somthing just as the tooth is popping through the gum .. My lg had it with her third tooth and bonjela worked a treat 😀
That’s a tooth. Carry on using her thrush cream for another few days though, I can definitely see on the pic that it’s not cleared up completely yet. My daughter had thrush bad too & if it’s not completely gone it’ll just come back worse again!
