ppp Can I have some advice please it is for a friend

Her and her partner was together for 7 years at the beginning of this year she left him as she know longer loved him and went back home to her mums house, recently our friend is now dating him? She is extremely angry about this even though she has moved on herself but she is our friend!! Does she have the right to be angry and not speak to her again… I think so but I want other people’s opinions… thanks
