Ppp ….. Guys in need of some genuine advice, about 8 months ago my brother seperated from his ex who was pregnant with his child at that time just before they split they were both goin to court in regards to her other 2 children who she signed over to her mom and step father her choice as she couldn’t cope so social are involved, she’s now given birth to my brothers child but has spread a load of bs about him beating her cheating on her etc my brothers in bits as he knows she’s just gonna hand his kid over to her mom again but he wants to keep the baby n tbh will be an excellent father just not being given the chance just want to know what can he do and what’s likely to happen as surely ss and courts would prefer the baby to be with a parent just gutted for my brother n want to do everything I can to help him….
