Ppp has anyone had or has this ?

I’m at my wits end to getting an answer to what this is from doctors to cure (picture attached)
This starts off as boils under (very itchy) the skin then drys out and my skin splits (very painful). It started just between my little toe but now it’s my foot. It has gone away by it’s self but then comes back worse. Had it for about 2 years on n off now
It’s definitely NOT athlete’s foot.
