Ppp hi nbr but just after some advice. At the age of 37 I went through the menopause. I’m now 43 and suffering a lot of painful joints.some days I can hardly move. I have read up on it and it says it’s quite normal. But just wondered if anyone has gone through this and could recommend a supplement or vitamins to take that are good but don’t cost the earth thanks in advance xx
