Ppp! I didnt have a great childhood and have really bad self esteem issues now. My housemate and I had a huge argument tonight and he said that if I continued to look for constant valadation then im going to end up pushing everyone away. I guess hes right, I constantly question peoples motives and never believe that anyone truely cares about me. What can I do? I want to change but ive no idea how, im 28 and have always been this way, single for about 5 years. Anyone else had these issues? xx
