I’m at my wits end at the moment. I have a fella who i love unconditionally and a little one with him, the problem is his ex and daughter.
I tried for a couple of years to get on with the ex, everytime she slagged me off, everytime she shouted at my partner, everytime she tried to control my partner albeit they had been separated for a couple of years.
I stayed quiet for the first 3 years of our relationship until i was not prepared to have some woman dictate my life. I voiced my opinion to which she hates. Now things between me and her are clearly affecting their child as she involves their and shows her messages that i have sent. We have spent thousands going through the courts in order for him to see his child only for her to stop the child coming to us (this happens roughly every 3 months or so). Now the latest im supposed to have threatened her (believe me i dont threaten) and their child knows “everything” (i haven’t actually threatened her i have abused her which was in retaliation to stuff she done. Admittedly i shouldn’t have done so.
Now said child does not want any involvement with me (which hurt at first) but the more this rubbish continues the more i don’t want anything to do with her. Am i wrong? I want to protect my child and not have my childs sibling wandering in and out of my childs life. My child adores their sibling and cries on a regular basis for them.
Dont know what to do for the best. My partner is in bits that this keeps happening to us. I think enough is enough.
