Ppp, I’ve just found out I’m pregnant by a home test! I’ve only been with my partner 3 months, I have a 1 year old and he has a 2 year old obviously both from previous relationships. We always said we wanted children in about 2 years time and this is a complete shock. I suffer with 3 different diseases on my ovaries and never had a period since I had my son. My doctor and all the specialist said I would have to undergo more operations/medication if I planned children in the future as I wouldn’t conceive naturally. My partner doesn’t finishes work til later tonight and I don’t even know how to break the news to him, of course I know I have to tell him but I’m so worried of his reaction. Any advice on how to break the news? Thank you in advance
