PPP.. I’ve posted a few times, my 4 year old made a sexual assault allegation against her father last year, cps dropped the case as no evidence so we fought family court and now waiting cafcass report who say I can’t use the allegation anymore so there’s no reason to stop contact! I have a now 5 year old petrified she will have to see him, she wets herself, doesn’t sleep, gets very low and clingy. He’s under mental health had numerous suicide attempts in a year. We also had domestic violence so I am also on edge worried what’s next as we moved as part of a management move so he wouldn’t know where we are as I’m high risk on marac. I just need some advice on what I do next. Thank you x
