ppp. long story short my daughters dad’s been in & out her life since she has been born, never consistent, I told him to take me to court as I want goin to let him keep treating her like she’s a library book, he can’t just pick her up when he feels like it, anyhow last month he took me court. he got visitation but supervised by his sister, he hadn’t seen her for 18months, n he had to phone her every tue & Thursday.. and seen her on a sat. plus he has a new gf who live quite a distance from me & i agreed to let him take her there if he could pick her up & drop her bk to me! but few weeks bk he brokw up with his gf while he had my daughter, apparently they had been arguing a while prier to that..but that same day he tried to get bk with me, cause i turned him down he went bk to her (they have a daughter together) but its like he cant have a relationship with his daughter without being with me, everytime he gets bk intouch he tries gettin bk with me, ita like he isnt intrested in her.. last week he didn’t phone on the tue, not even a text. he also never turned up last sat for her he said he had a bad back, so he had her on the Monday instead, well this sat he never turned up for her again after telling her on the Thursday he was coming, It was heart breaking watching her lookin out the window for him askin where he was (she’s 6) the thing is now do I make him take it bk to court or do I just let him keep letting her down, I’m gutted for her everytime he does this as he doesn’t see the hurt & doesn’t have to pick up the pieces. he leaves it long spaces b4 he sees her again.. please help..
