Ppp. My ex partner left me a few weeks ago and i feel so alone! He has the kids this weekend and i know what to do with myself. I can’t focusing anything even housework! Our relationship had been going downhill for years and we didn’t make an effort anymore. We didnt have a sex life and at times i felt like i didnt love him. Why as soon as hes gone am i heartbroken and all those feelings hav come back? I regret not making an effort now! Why do i feel so alone? I miss him so much even though when he was here we argued so much! Can’t see how this gets easier. He has met someone else and that has crushed me, I can’t imagine being with anyone else!
