PPP! Myself and partner have two young children, the only ones to every babysit our children are my mother and father which is once in a blue moon because my mother is 56 and has recently started a new job working mostly 12 hour shifts, so recently my partner has been going out for 2 or 3 days every second week drinking while I look after the children, now it’s no problem him going out but when he gets together with one of his friends he completely ignores my texts or phone calls then arrives home in bits and it will take him 4-5 days to get over the hangover, so this Christmas I agreed he could go out st.stephens day and I would look after the kids while he looks after them New Year’s Eve because I’ve a family party to go to an 18th & 21st, anyway he went on st.stephens morning at 11:50 and only returned home last night at 5:45, so I fuming but don’t want to argue about it, so tonight we’ve sat together and his phone was ringing none stop friends asking him to come out so He said I’ll ask the missus and let you know, now when he says that he really means I’m not going out but I’ll blame it on my girlfriend why I can’t come out, so I got annoyed and start crying because I’ve said a thousand times he makes me out to be a bitch to his friends when he doesn’t want to go out he makes it out to be me stopping him from going, so I said look New Year’s Eve for my cousins party I’ll say I’ll have to ask you for permission and if I don’t turn up it’s because you said no, now I said that joking hoping he’d see where I was coming from and he turned around and said that’s great so I don’t have to look after the kids and we can spend it together, now my intentions was always to come home at 11 o’clock and spend it with him anyway but since he disappeared for 3 days and he’s said that I think I should stay out just to have some just needed me time, I’m torn over what to do should I stay out and enjoy myself or come home after a few hours to please him and have no arguments x
