PPP not baby related but any advice on getting over a long term relationship (7 years) we have a daughter together, we’ve split up so many times but always end up back together and go back to the way things where all the time and I’ve just had enough and can’t do it anymore I love him to bits but I’m just not happy and it’s not a happy relationship either as much as I would love to make it work it’s just been so miserable for far to long after things that have happened in the past. TIA x

I’m currently separated from my unborn baby dad.. and I have a 9 year old top. The only way and only thing I can suggest is routine and constantly keep yourself busy during they day if your child attends nursery or school.. I’m now out during the day and at night when he’s asleep is my time for soaps or pamper time xx
