Really need advice on what I can actually do. Sorry it’s long.
Since finding out I am with someone else my ex’s family (kids dad, we split up over a year ago) have started with threats. It’s getting too far now. They have been threatening to put my windows through, punch my head in, and now they are saying much worse. The thing is we all live on the same estate so avoiding them is impossible and moving is impossible right now.
I am really scared as his family aren’t nice people and I know they wouldn’t think twice of doing it whether my kids are there or not.
They haven’t said anything to me it’s all been to my partner but I have heard it all on the phone. Police won’t do anything until they actually do something but I’m worried by then it will be too late.
What can I do? Me and the kids absolutely adore my partner and I don’t want this to stop us being together but starting to feel like that’s the only way we will be safe. But why should I throw away an amazing relationship because of them.
