Can I have a pp please. I am 39+3 weeks pregnant and yesterday morning I had a sweep, midwife said my cervix was open soft and she could reach babies head but it was very long so don’t be dissapointed if nothing happens. Well been fine all day apart from a dull pain in bottom of belly, woke up about 2 hours ago to pains that start in bottom of belly and move round my back they are very frequent but very short there uncomfortable but bareable. Every time I get one I feel like I need to have diarrhoea so run to the loo but nothing happens, they’ve been the same consistency for a few hours now and I can’t quite figure out if my belly goes hard or not. Does this sound promising or not xx
