Ppp, some advice please social services and police have told me if my sons dad wants contact then he has to go through court. The question is will I hear of his solicitor before he gets the court forms or after he’s filled them out and sent them back? How long would it be for the court hearing once I receive a letter? Or any other advice about court would be great. I’ve got a load of messages of him and his family but so have they from me in the past when they was giving me a hard time when my sister had passed away they’ve been saying things on fb to get a reaction from me but I have let it slide. I’m nearly 20 and goin through so much I’ve gave my sons dad chance after chance after threats of him and his mother towards me. She threatens her own kids on social media who is 17 and kicked him out they are always kicking off up there with eachother I don’t want my son around that. My son also come home from his dads with a black eye which I have a photo off for court. His refused to give me my son back a few times (his not on b.c as I had a feeling from the start he was going to be like this) his done and said loads to me. Some advice about court would be great. Thank you
