Ppp wondering if anyone has been in the same situation. We have lived at current address for 3 years with no problems at all. Middle aged woman next door suddenly complained to police and council regarding anti social behaviour, we were gobsmacked our landlord received the letter and obviously questioned it, apparently it stemmed from an evening after a christening when we got back and my partner had a few drinks and played music, I was asleep upstairs. She has since texted our landlord whenever we have music on, and last night with the nice weather we had a bbq with friends and our children and an 8 month old baby and at 11pm when my partner was about to go in to bed (I had already gone up) a woman along with my neighbour knocked on the door then entered our garden claiming to be from the council asking for us to turn the music off as they have received complaints. So my partner did. Just feels like we can’t do anything in the home we pay £700 a month to live in. I went round after the first letter and spoke to her and she said she was frustrated with it and I thought we had sorted it but obviously not. My partner works hard and deserves some time off but I don’t want to cause people agro just wondered what peoples thought were. Thanks
