Does anyone find it hard when in a fairly new relationship to get over the fact that your partner has been with someone else? My partner was with his ex for 6 years. I guess I just feel fairly insecure and that I can’t compete so to speak. They clearly loved each other but the relationship broke down and I know it wasn’t what he wanted to happen.

I understand that thinking like this is terrible because I myself have been in a relationship previous and have a child from that relationship. I just think my ex has made me feel so worthless I don’t believe anyone would see me as good enough.

I don’t really know what I want from this post… but thanks for reading x
