Hi mums, I need a little advice on contraception please. I am on the pill at the moment but thinking of going back to the coil and having the copper coil rather than the plastic coil that has the hormones in.

Can any give me any advice on what the difference actually is and if I will actually benefit from having the copper coil rather than being on the pill.
