I am literally at my wits end now. My 2 year old just will not sleep in his own room. I have been trying for 2 weeks now to get him to stay in his room. He goes to sleep in there fine. As soon as his head hits the pillow he’s gone. But it gets to 1 o’clock and if I try and settle him in his room he wakes every half hour screaming and takes 2 hours to get back to sleep then we are all up at 5. I have tried different night lights, giving him his favourite blanket, giving him his favourite teddy, music on low, sitting with him til he drops off. What else can I try? I am a single mum of 3 and absolutely exhausted. I can’t keep doing this. He wakes his siblings up so then I have to settle them as well. Any advice welcome. TIA
