I had a scan today 5 weeks and 5 days due to my history or misscarriage and ectopic. But my scan has showed just a pregnancy sac and a yolk sac but no baby. Since I’ve had the internal examination I’ve had the worse stomach cramps ever 😞 not sure if is because they have aggravated my endometriosis or whether it’s the start of something bad. has anyone ever been though this? My family don’t no I’m pregnant yet so can’t talk to anyone

When I had my son first scan at around 5 weeks they couldn’t see anything good, so I had to go for blood tests every other day for a week, the numbers kept rising and there was a baby 😊 his now 3 x
Had a scan at 6 weeks and a few days and could see a tiny flicker of a heat beat but was very hard to see , that pregnancy did end in miscarriage for me , you have to wait and see Hun , fingers x for you x X x
I wouldn’t panic, relax with a hot water bottle. At 5 weeks it’s totally normal that they don’t see a heartbeat, they couldn’t find my eldest until 7 weeks x
My daughter had an internal and no heart beat was showing and the nxt week he was there.My grandson is one in June.she had a molar pregnancy before this.U can get pains at the beginning of a pregnancy I know I did with my youngest xx
I’d say it’s too early to see anything x
