Just looking for some advice. My youngest is 18 months. met all the milestones so far mostly early. He is a happy little thing with us and certain family members. But with others he won’t smile talk or even look at them. Even friends and family we see all the time. He will play with his siblings and interact with them but other kids he plays along side and doesn’t like to get to close or to involved. Does this seem like something I should look into more? none of the other were like this.
