Today my hv told me that even tho I havnt breast fed if I wanted to try I could do massages, use hot flannels and have skin to skin with baby to re start my milk off basically but said it would be a lot of hard work?
Has anyone tiered this? Was you able to produce milk again? And really how hard is it? I’d of loved to breast feed but was to ill when I gave birth so I just bottle fed but would really like to try breast feeding
