Private pls, could you ask if anyone has been in a simillar situation?

my implant was due out in dec 2016 but i didnt have it taken out till april 2017 the day i had it out i bled for 9 days and i havn’t come on since. I am not on any contreception and i live with my partner, i have taken 5 tests all negative what could i be i worked out i was due on 15 days ago :/
