18 months old.
I know I will get mixed reviews regarding this but I’ve got to do something. My daughter’s are 18 months old (twins) one goes to bed lovely sleeps all the way through. The other one is a nightmare! Sharing the same room and occasionally the screamer wakes the sleeper up, so have to bring her down. When it comes to there bed time it’s time for me to clean and unwind. Tonight I have put her in her room alone and left the sleeper asleep on the couch. It’s been 20 minutes and she has constantly screamed the room down how long before I go back in and give in!! I’ve been in twice to tell her it’s okay and laid her back down and walked straight out. I’ve never done it but routine is key as I also have a 3 year old. Advice please.

Just keep going in and checking her making sure she’s okay and re assure her, maybe sit out side the door and sing to her or read a story then gradually move therver away from her room she will soon get used to it, my son now chooses a book then gets in bed then sing a song and he rolls over and goes to sleep xx
