Does anyone think this could be chicken pox or hand foot and mouth there under his bottom lip hands arms feet and legs and groin and there not itchy there starting off red under skin then looks like water blister then scabbing over except groin there staying red under skin he is on penicillin for a different infection but I don’t think it’s an allergy tia
