Has anyone else’s child had molluscum contagiosum? My daughter is 15 months and has it on her chin, neck and chest but one just under her chin is just getting bigger and bigger. The doctor said they would go away in 18-36m but they are awful too look at. How long did your child’s last for and what is there any home remedies? Thank you x

My son has had them nearly a year and over last week they have reduced massively it takes a long time but they do go eventually. U can get some liquid stuff for them we got it off our doctor but can’t remember the name of it.
My 6yr old has had them for 2years they went rally bad to the point they were bleeding i used to put coconut oils on the which helped a lot we also had to put plasters on as they would bleed all the time she’s now starting to get rid of them but has been left with a lot of scars on her legs x
My daughter had it after an op removing large skin tags from her ears at the age of 1 – doctors gave her special gel cream to put on them and antibiotics they went after a month x
U can get them frozen off my son has two I thought they were bites but doc said they will go on there own

The son had it after suffering a fit. He had it about 6 months and after having a reaction to something was given piriton and while taking that they went not sure if the piriton helped get rid of it but might be worth a try x
