Private post please…. hi ladies what would you do in my position I need some advise weather I need to speak to someone professional or see how it goes
My 3 year old daughter has recently been rubbing herself “down there” with objects and blankets ect… I do tell her not too anyway recently she’s been lying there either on her bed or on my bed as I get her out the bath and she parts her legs bent “like birthing position”…. and parts herself and demands to show you look at my bum… and pats it” am rather uncomfortable about this she also does it others… she hasn’t seen anything that she could possibly pick up on in my care but she also stays at her dads we have minimum contact… is this normal ?? X

Yes it’s normal – it feels good, she’s found this out and therefore keeps doing it. Don’t tell her to stop (this could cause body issues), but tell her it’s something to do in private in her bedroom when she is on her own.
