I am a mother of four. My youngest boy will be 6 months and is a thumb sucker. My other three where not. Is it normal for a thumb sucker to put it way back in his mouth causing him to gag? Or should I be worried? TIA

My near 2year old is obsessed with his dummy but my 4month old sucks his thumb and index finger together at the same time and constantly gags himself xx
He’s probably just experimenting how far he can stick it 🙈 I have two thumb suckers but neither did this X
