I have two kids under 5 tonight my dad was going to take the two of them so me and my partner could get a drink one decided they did not want to stay why do I feel so guilty having a few glasses of wine when my child is asleep up stairs? We haven’t drank since August and I care for my mum full time and had a lot of stress recently do a lot of people drink when their kids are asleep? It’s something I’ve never done apart from Xmas and new year? Not bashing anyone just wondering if it’s common I feel so guilty 🤣
