Private post please last night had to call police on my ex partner as he was highly intoxicated I smashed up my home while my baby was in bed sleeping I called the police who turned up and arrested him I just had a phone call to say that he’s getting done for criminal for criminal Damage and for common assault 4 attacking me they see previous they’re keeping him in tonight and will be taken to court in the morning which might have said they might give him Bail even if he does he won’t be allowed near me part of his bail conditions the thing is we’ve got a two year old son together and they’ve told me to get a non molestation order I’m just wondering if anyone done this before and didn’t work for them because I am really worried about him breaking his bail conditions as he’s done it before sorry also if he did go for contact with my son would it be supervised because I am right he wouldn’t bring him back to me I’ve got to go to the police station tomorrow at 2:30 to make a victim support statement and a vulnerability statement if you only think I should expect from this sorry it’s long I just need to get it off my chest with someone it’s not going to judge me thank you for Reading xxx
