Im looking for peoples opinions please.
My daughter was placed with a family member untill shes 18 due to domestic violence and housing issues a little over two years ago,contact was going well untill i fell pregnant then the contact seemed to decrease now its only 1 hour a week weve tried to work this out but with had no luck, we have soical involed with our baby now a couple off months old and they are happy with our significant changes and babie is in our full care with our own home so we are trying meditation for more contact with our duaghter (weekends/holidays) but if this doesnt work we will be taking it to court.
We want to build contact up agian before we hopfully go back to court to have the care order removed but as itbstands everyone is happy for baby to stay with us and for our duaghter to see us apart from our duaghters carer.
My question is does anyonw think we stand a chance off getting our duaghter back full time or holidays if we go back to court?
