Private post please.
My daughter 9 years old had started wetting the bed, I have reduced fluid intake before bed no juice after 7pm and making sure she is going to the toilet just before bedtime but it seems to be getting more frequent now happening 2/3 times a week. When this happens she sleeps through not even realising she has wet the bed at first I thought it was just a one off but as it’s starting to become more frequent it is worrying myself. This is ruining her social life as she will not stay out at sleepovers etc in fear she will wet the bed she is embarrassed when I tell her what has happened and I am now thinking something more sinister is going on. Can anyone offer some advice or have had similar problem? Starting to become quite worried over it. Thanks in advance.
