I currently work 26 hours a week varied over the 5 days, this is due to me still suffering from post natal depression after 2years, i had a mini break down in the summer so reduced my hours from full time to 26. I finally feel my tablets are working and feeling more confident, work have said that they want to increase my hours back up. I honestly dont think i can do it.
My question is there a law or something to say they can do that or if i resign what will i be entitled too?
I have a 7 year old and a 2year old. Finally starting to feel normal and this is pushing me back. No bashing please

Depends on what hours you’re contracted? Can you get a note from the doctor to say you are unable to work more hours? Xx
