Private post please.
Not baby related.
My partner is currently going though court for access to his children.
It will be the third and final hearing soon. He has received all statement written by the ex partner and social worker. He is so disappointed in it. He has basically given up on any hope of having a normal relationship with his children. 😥 The ex has claimed emotional harm to the children when they have contact with their dad, is is not true,which is why she said she has stopped it, she has the school on her side. He is trying so hard to prove to everyone that it’s her harming the children, yet no one is listening to him. He has 3 yrs of proof. He was granted supervised contact at the last hearing which has taken place. The ex has warped the kids minds in believing all these stories and now they want to only see him once every 2 weeks.
I feel so heartbroken for him I just don’t no how to support him.
We have a 2 yr old together and he is an amazing dad to all 3 of his children yet he’s not aloud to see the other 2.
How Can I help him? 😥 thanks
