Backstory;
My dad is about to marry his 1st cousins, Ex wife.. She has 3 children from this marriage. So that would now make them, my 2 second cousins and step siblings… 😂.
One of my new cousin/siblings is being totally odd. Messaging on Facebook harmlessly to start with about if I were attending the family meal etc. Then today he saw on my snapchat story a nice photo of me and my little girl- I was wearing shorts.. He sent a message saying “you look good in those 😉” a bit freaked out by this I awkwardly replied “ha thanks!” He carried on the convo normally no weirdness.. Then he sajd that he’d be at my dads/step mums on Friday when they are looking after my little girl, he has a daughter too of around the same age and they play together nicely. I made a joke about how him and his partner should have another so his girl has a play mate and he then proceeded to tell me how he was single now, he then said that his mum had been talking to him and told him that it was fine that we had a connection etc and that she can see that we have a “spark”…
WHAT THE HELL,
I definitely 100% have not given off this weird impression, I already find it weird that my cousin is now my step brother let alone adding anything else to the mix! I don’t really know how to act now the next time I see him at my dads house… What would you do in this bizarre situation ladies? 😂😂

It’s your dads 1st cousin they would be your 2nd cousin and their children your 3rd cousin. It’s perfectly legal to marry your second cousin. If you are creeped out have a word with your dad and ask him to tell his wife she needs to tell her son he’s wrong.

I’d tell him there is no “spark”. Him and his ex are completely mistaken and that all you would ever be is family, not in a relationship. Other option is Jeremy Kyle cause I’m sure that’d get a lot of views and others will probably suggest it. 😂🙈
