So im looking at going back to work. my partner works full time. We have 3 kids and I have been a sahm for 3.5 yrs. when I worked before my eldest was at school all day and I had family help with childcare. that’s not an option this time so I’m wondering what’s better putting the youngest in nursery. ages 18 months and 3. or hiring a nanny ?! I honestly have no idea how to do this and if financially if it’s even worth it. After he cost of child care and holiday clubs for the 3 of them is this just going to ended costing me more than ill earn.
