This is really embarrassing but gotta be asked I’m 36 weeks pregnant never suffered with piles before but for last 3 days my bum is so sore it hurts like hell I asked mum wat to do she said use ice and try push them in wat I can’t do as so painful to touch please help me I really need advice as in agony with them wen I sit down
