Private post please!!
When I was younger from what I can work out it started around 6/7 I was touched inappropriately by my “step dad” (my mum is no longer with him as he was violent)! I have never told anyone not even my partner of 9 years but sometimes wonder what would happen if I was able to go to the police! Would I just be told there was not enough evidence!
Is there a way of my mum never finding out?
It would completely destroy her I guess she would have to make a statement to say she wasn’t involved from what I’ve been looking to! Has anyone been in this situation? Does it take months and months to have interviews and things! I don’t really know what to do 😪 but I’ve been thinking about it a lot at the moment!
