Any advice on getting a 2 year old out of our bed into his own bed in his own room!? I’m dreading it already 😂

Ive just done this with my lg shes 15 months… she used to be in my room.in her cot but wake up.in the night and she would cry to get in bed with us. Im.32 weeks pregnant now and needed her in her own room.ready for New baby cumming ive been doing her bedtime routing for 3/4 weeks now. The first week i felt the worst mum ever. She screamed the house down everytime i left her room it was too much for me so i started getting her to sleep in my bed then putting her in her cot in her own room. I stuck to the same.time every night. But now ive changed it to me sitting in her room till she goes to sleep now i sit there for 10 maybe 20 mins at first it was longer like 1 hour a night but now she goes bed at 7 and thats her for the night. Xx its soo hard and heart breaking seeing how upset she was but now me and my partner get to spend time to gether and i get some time with out her stuck to my hip. Good luck
