Question about Social Services.
Me and my previous partner have decided to call things a day due to his skin condition which has ripped our relationship and family apart. We have a 2.5 year old and another on the way in 8wks. He’s been in and out of hospital a lot this year for his skin condition, every 4-6wks he’s emitted into hospital for either his skin condition or his skin condition and mental side of things. He moved out because I couldn’t cope with the house, being pregnant, our daughter etc. Everything has just got on top of me along with HIS debt. Anyways they have mentioned that they’d like us to take extra help from social services. He said we may be supplied with a midwife who could help us and give us extra support. Could anyone tell me if they’ve used social services for extra support for family situations? My previous partner doesn’t live at home and I even told the doctor that. But he said it would be extra help for me, take away some stress and we can receive help together. I feel distraught. I feel like a failure. And my heart is in absolute pieces.
