Can u please ask anonymous for me if any parents have had issues with dental problems please. My son is 3 and he has 5 incisors on top row of teeth I don’t no if I should be concerned please he’s at the dentist in 2 weeks but I am worried thanks

I had this problem as a child and had what was known as eye teeth. This was corrected when I was older with braces and getting back teeth removed from the top and allowing these teeth to slide into place. He will be absolutely fine. X
