Sorry, me again! PPP if possible ☺️

Just wondering if I’m being silly or whether others would be annoyed by this…
I have a 7yo step son who has lived with my husband and myself since he was a baby. He goes to see his biological mum every other weekend, when she doesn’t cancel, which she does a fair amount of the time. We don’t ask her for any money as we can just about manage without it and we want him with us anyway as it means a safe and stable environment. As my husband pays for the majority of our rent/bills/food etc, I pay for school uniform, glasses, shoes, breakfast club, swimming lessons, haircuts and anything else our lb needs. I don’t earn a huge amount as I have to work part time to pick him up from school every day. I have no money left for myself at all, not a penny. I’ve just had a message from his mum asking me to bring his new trainers tomorrow (it’s her weekend) as the shoes she has for him don’t fit and she has no money to buy him new ones. Now obviously I’ll be sending him with them as it’s him who suffers if I don’t and I wouldn’t have that. However, she’s just back from the Maldives where she goes fairly regularly (one of the reasons she often cancels) and she can’t buy him shoes?! I saved every penny I had for 5 months to be able to buy him the trainers he wanted, I can’t afford new socks for myself never mind a holiday, we don’t ask for a penny and now I’m expected to provide shoes? I know it’s not a big deal, it’s just shoes, but it’s really irritated me. I just don’t see how fancy holidays come before seeing your child and providing for your child. She also has the cheek to remind me on a regular basis that he’s not mine, despite the fact I’ve raised him as my own (which has been my absolute pleasure) while she lives a lavish lifestyle and constantly lets him down. I won’t say anything as I want to keep the peace, but am I right to be slightly annoyed by this?
