tonight I have just found out my grandad has pancreatic cancer. I’m worried and I have googled survival rates etc. My mum is heartbroken and says that it’s never normally found early as it has no symptoms till late on. I’m wondering if anyone can help me through what happens next? Will he have weeks, months to live etc. My mum isn’t an emotional person so I don’t want to have the conversation with her and upset her. It killed her telling me before she stalled it a good three times. I am seeing him tomorrow and that’s the only reason she told me as he looks in a bad way. I have said I will take the time off work and help take him to sessions when other people can’t but I don’t know what else I can actually do without making a massive scene
Any advice would be highly appreciated and any past experiences😓x
