Just continue the claim with cms (they’ll eventually do an attachment of earnings) and let him and your child have a relationship.
I know it’s annoying that he won’t pay willingly but you’ll be punishing your child for this as well as him. X
I wouldn’t stop contact over maintenance, if he is refusing to pay go down cms route, they will help you, and if it gets so far they can make deductions straight from wage/benefits x
A child isn’t a buy to rent scheme! Regardless you shouldn’t stop a child seeing their parent.. unless your child is in danger.
Let them see the child you don’t stop them cos they don’t pay it’s not about money.
Pretty sure by the law he can’t refuse if through CSA themselves x
Contact a family law solicitor they will assist you.
Inform csa of this circumstance.
