What would you do my ex sent me mediation letter even tho I have never stopped him seeing the children he just like to be in control would u still let him pick the kids up today? Also he is meant to pay my maintenance by 12 and not been paid I have text him to ask him to put it in twice his not replying?

Mediation is normally mentioned if his looking to take you to court! You can not make an application to court without trying mediation first, so I’m guessing his seen a solicitor .
