Can I have a post please? looking for advice on parental responsibility for my son
He was born before I met my now husband, he is now 9 years old and my husband has brought him up, his biological father didn’t want to know, we changed my sons name after we got married, and now have 3 other children together, how do we go about getting parental responsibility for my husband and son?! Just worried incase something happens to me and want my husband to gain all rights and responsibilities to him!! And to keep my family together! Any advice is appreciated.. Tia x
