Can i have a pp please

For the past week I’ve had really bad shooting pains in what can only be describe as in uterus/womb area I’ve been to the doc and done a home pregnancy test both negative but still not had a period from September, and now one of my friends have said it could be and Ectopic pregnancy. Has anyone ever had this before?
