Hey can i get a private post on the proper page please.

In about october/November time my sister crashed her car with my niece (4year old) in the front seat, she 2as drunk. thank fully both are fine. So my niece was place in my dad & step mums care and on the protection regisiter she has only just this week returned with her mum full time. Previous things have gone on aswell that i really do not agree with any of her lifestyle or parenting choices (i know we parent different but mostly all do the basic care needs) Basically i dont want her left alone with my daughter, in all honestly i dont even want her to touch my daughter. But it was her 40th yesterday and ive been guilt tripped by my dad to go to the party today with my daughter, and he has her every friday and we have my brothers wedding next week, all i really need help on is how can i approach my sister and tell her i dont want her to touch my wee one but she is more than welcome to do as she pleases if other adults are around. A wee bit back ground i have only been speaking to my dad nearly 4 years as he walked away from me as a child for my brothers and sister and his wife. So my sister cannot do any wrong ( alcoholic, takes/took drugs, list goes on) and i cant do anything right. I know i have ranted on now but i just really dont know what to do.
