If you are happy for them to. My boys both had a pillow before they were 1, oldest was a couple of week before he turned 1 but youngest was about a month/month and a half before his 1st birthday. You can always put it under the bottom sheet if you are worried about them getting their head under it.
Parents can safely start using pillows for children who are 1½ years old, but you can buy pillows that are for children 12 months
Yes. My girl had had a pillow from 1st birthday and sleeps better for it but i always check on her though night for my peace of mind
I got a toddler duvet and pillow set and my daughter had it from a bout a year old. The pillow is very light xx
